C.I.E.H Award in Supervising Food Safety Level 3

This 3 day course is designed for those working in all
food businesses at supervisory level. This includes 'traditional'
supervisors and team leaders, but also anyone who needs a broad
understanding of food hygiene as part of their work.
Among those who would benefit are
managers and supervisors in medium and large manufacturing or catering
businesses.
The qualification covers the following topics:
- Legislation
- Supervisory management
- Temperature control (chilling, cooking)
- Cleaning
- Contamination control
- Applying and monitoring good hygiene practices
- Implementing good food safety procedures
- Contributing to the safety training of others
A two-hour, 40 multi-choice question
paper over 10 hygiene scenarios
